to COVID. However, to continue the
41-year uninterrupted streak, a very small core group of Cape Cod Road Runner
members met on Sunday January 10, 2021 and ran the course.
46th ANNUAL WINTER FUN RUN
An open invitation for
runners to gather for a 4.9 mile run followed by a social get together, awards
ceremony, raffle and refreshments.
This year the proceeds will be donated to the Bourne Community
Boating, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is “To provide an opportunity to people of all ages,
abilities and background to enrich their lives through on-the-water educational
and recreational experiences.”

Weary Travelers Club, January 4, 2026.

is 10:30 AM. Rain Snow or Shine.
- Registration
fee is $30.00 for preregistration
or $35.00 the day of (We regret the price increase, but the Weary
Travelers is asking us to provide porta-potties. The increase is to help pay for those).
- Water is
available before, after and at 2.5 miles.
- Free Seafood
chowder and Fritters following the race.
- Cash bar is
open all afternoon following the race.
- Free cotton gloves
to all participants.
- Awards for top
3 finishers in each age group (Men's & Women's) -- Jr., Open,
Submaster, Master, Senior, Super Senior and 70+.
- Participants
are urged to pre-register but post entrants are welcome prior to 10:00
A.M. race day.
- NOTE: Walkers are permitted;
however, if you start
early, please do not cross the finish line in the chute. If
you would like to be included in the results, we recommend you track your
own time and notify the timing crew.
